I've made tons of different juices, but there is on particular recipe that I always get tons of compliments on. It's also my favorite.
Juices are amazing for your health because they don't have all of the skin and fiber for your stomach to work hard and digest. The nutrients go into your body without your body doing too much work for it.
It's also better to make the juice then drink it right after. As soon as the juice gets exposed to air, its live enzymes begin to degrade, therefore decreasing the nutritional content. Regardless how long you wait to drink, it's still better than a hamburger!
